1. Design Criteria of Steel Tower

1.1 Basic wind velocity:125V(3 second gust)

1.2 Exposure Category C and Topographic Category 2_300m crest height

1.3 Code: ANSI/TIA/EIA-222-G Latest

1.4 Max Antenna Load : light duty, middle duty, heavy duty.

2. Fabrication

2.1 Prototype assembly of each new tower type should be done before mass production.

2.2 Hot-dip galvanization in accordance with ISO1461-2009 and ASTM A123.

3. Steel Material

3.1 Legs Steel will be high tensile steel like Q420/Q345 with yield strength is 420/345MPa.

3.2 Others Steel will be middle steel like Q235 with yield strength is 235MPa.

3.3 Bolts will be follow ISO 898 grade 6.8/8.8
